I've set up TikTok feeds on Wix sites for a handful of small business clients. The platform's biggest quirk is how it handles the embed step compared to WordPress. TikTok isn't just dance trends anymore. It's a powerhouse for businesses, creatives, and influence marketers.
Integrating it into your Wix site is a marketing opportunity worth taking seriously, big brand or small business. Picture your videos embedded right on your homepage, turning the site into a hub that keeps visitors around longer. Here's what TikTok Wix integration involves, why your embed method matters, and how to get a feed running in seven steps.
What is TikTok Wix integration?
TikTok Wix integration refers to the process of embedding TikTok content directly onto your Wix website. This integration allows you to display TikTok videos, either from your account, specific hashtags, or curated collections, as part of your site’s design.
By embedding TikTok on your Wix website, you bridge the gap between social media engagement and your website's functionality, including SEO opportunities.
Most TikTok widgets built for Wix are an iframe, a small window pointing at TikTok's own player. That's fine to look at, but Google often can't read what's inside it. Wix now powers 4.3% of all websites, so that's a lot of invisible content. See the full breakdown on our features page.
"Most TikTok widgets on Wix are just an iframe pointed at a video player. That's fine for a viewer, but Google can't read what's inside it. We built Curator's feed in JavaScript specifically so the TikTok captions and content show up as real, crawlable text on the page." — Mike Hill, CEO and Co-founder, Curator

Why you should add a TikTok feed to your Wix site
Whether you're a content creator or running TikTok for business, embedding TikTok on your Wix website helps you get more out of the platform. You can show off your creative side, highlight trending products, or run marketing campaigns straight from your website.
Showcase engaging, dynamic content
TikTok videos are visual, creative, and built to hold attention in a way plain text or static photos can't match. Add a feed to your Wix site and visitors get a lively, scrollable experience the moment they land on the page. That kind of movement keeps people looking around instead of bouncing after the first screen.
Boost social proof
TikTok runs on trends, challenges, and community, and putting that activity on your own site builds trust fast. A boutique fitness studio on Wix started pulling its class recap TikToks into a homepage feed instead of just linking to its profile. Visitors began commenting that the site felt alive compared to the old static photo gallery. New client inquiries started referencing specific videos they'd seen on the site.
Increase TikTok engagement
Every video you embed is also a chance to grow your TikTok following. A visitor who likes what shows up on your site can follow your account without ever leaving the page. That direct path from website to profile is easy to lose if you only link out instead of embedding.
Drive more traffic
A TikTok video that takes off can pull in a wave of viewers who have never heard of your brand. Once one of those videos is embedded on your Wix site, the viewer is already on your homepage, not just your TikTok profile. They're one click from exploring the rest of your site.
Enhance your website design
Curator gives you more than 20 feed templates. Your TikTok content can match your site's actual look instead of showing up as a generic grid bolted onto the page. Swap between grid, carousel, and waterfall layouts, and adjust colors and spacing. The feed ends up reading like a real section of your site, not an obvious plugin.
Save time with automation
Once your feed is connected, new TikTok posts show up on your Wix site automatically. You don't touch the embed code again after the first setup. You won't spend afternoons manually re-uploading videos just to keep the homepage looking current.
Use TikTok as a sales channel
TikTok isn't just entertainment anymore. It's become a real sales channel, and embedding your feed lets you showcase trending products right where shoppers are already browsing your site. If you sell online, a Wix TikTok shop integration is worth exploring too. It keeps the buying decision close to the content that sparked it.
How to set up TikTok on Wix in 7 easy steps
Ready to display your TikTok content on your Wix site? Check out our TikTok widget, or follow these steps to build your own feed from scratch.
Step 1. Select a free or affordable social media aggregator
A social media aggregator is a tool that lets you collect and display content from platforms like TikTok directly on your website. There are many tools out there, but Curator is a solid option. It supports major social media platforms, including TikTok, and is available as a plugin or widget.
Step 2. Create a new feed
After you sign up, head to the dashboard and look for "Create New Feed." Give it a name like "TikTok Feed" so it's easy to find later. You'll also set a default post status: "Approved" shows everything automatically, "Needs Approval" lets you review first.

Step 3. Choose TikTok as the content source
With your feed created, click "Add a Source" and choose TikTok from the list. This connects your feed to TikTok and gets it ready to pull in videos.

Step 4. Connect the feed to your TikTok account
Log in to your TikTok account through the aggregator so it can access your content. Depending on your settings, you can pull in videos from your profile, hashtags, or other filters.
The first time I connected a TikTok account for a client, I left the default post status on "Needs Approval" and forgot to check back. The feed sat empty on their homepage for two days before anyone noticed, which is why it’s important to choose the right method!

Step 5. Review and remove any videos you don’t want showing up
Before embedding the feed, review the content in the moderation tab. If you set "Needs Approval" in Step 2, this step matters even more. Nothing shows up until you approve it, which is exactly where my client's feed got stuck.

If you want things to just show up automatically, change the setting to "Approved."
Step 6. Stylize your TikTok feed
Once your videos are in the feed, customize how the feed looks. Adjust grid styles, colors, borders, and fonts until the layout matches your site's design.
My favorite way to update the design is to choose a template that I like, such as Grid or Carousel, and leave it at that.
Step 7. Copy and paste the embed code into your Wix website
Once your feed is styled, the aggregator generates an HTML embed code. Copy it, open the Wix editor, and paste it into the section where you want the feed to appear. You can adjust placement and size directly in the editor.
"Wix renders custom embeds a little differently than a raw HTML page. A heavy widget can visibly lag the editor even if the live site is fine. Keep the feed's post count modest at first, then scale up once you've confirmed it loads clean on your actual template." — Thomas Garrood, Co-founder, Engineering, Curator

And that's it. Your TikTok content is live on your Wix site, updating automatically if you chose "Approved" in Step 2. Add or remove videos anytime in your aggregator, and the change reflects on your site instantly. No embed code update required.
This works the same way on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or any other website builder.
TikTok Wix FAQs
Does the free Wix plan support a TikTok feed widget?
Yes. A TikTok feed built with Curator's free plan runs on any Wix plan, including the free one. The embed is just a lightweight code snippet you paste into the Wix editor. You'll see a small "Powered by Curator" label on the free tier, and upgrading removes it along with unlocking extra styling options.
Will adding a TikTok feed slow down my Wix site?
Not meaningfully. Curator's embed code runs to just a few lines and loads the feed content separately from the rest of your page. It won't drag down your site's overall load time. Keep the number of visible posts reasonable if you want the fastest possible load, especially on a page that's already image heavy.
Can I control which TikTok videos show up in the feed?
Yes. You can set your feed's default status to "Needs Approval" so nothing appears until you review it. Or use keyword and account filters to automatically block content you don't want. This matters most right after you first connect your TikTok account, when the feed is still empty and waiting on your first approval pass.
Can I add more than one TikTok feed to different pages on my Wix site?
Yes. You can create separate feeds in Curator for different pages. One might pull from your main TikTok profile for the homepage, another from an event hashtag for a landing page. Each feed gets its own embed code, so you paste a different one wherever you want that specific content to show up.
